SEC. 206. DISPOSITIONAL HEARING. (a) Most Appropriate Setting.— Section 475(5)(A) (42 U.S.C. 675(5)(A)) is amended by inserting “and most appropriate” after “(most family like)”. (b) Timing of Subsequent Review.— Section 475(5X0 (42 U.S.C. 675(5)(C) is amended by striking “periodically” and inserting “not less frequently than every 12 months”. (c) Effective Date.— The amendments made by this section shall take effect on October 1, 1995.
