SEC. 241. EXPANSION OF COVERAGE FOR INDIAN TRIBES. (a) In General.— Section 482(i)(2)(A) (42 U.S.C. 682(i)(2)(A)) is amended by striking “members of such Indian tribe receiving aid to families with dependent children” and inserting “Indians receiving aid to families with dependent children who reside on the reservation or within the designated service area”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on October 1, 1995.
