SEC. 262. EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. Section 501(a) of the Family Support Act of 1988 (42 U.S.C. 1315 note; 102 Stat 2400) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(4) For grants to States to conduct demonstration projects under this subsection, there are authorized to be appropriated not to exceed $3,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1995 through 1999”.
