SEC. 2429. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNDER SECRETARY OF COMMERCE FOR EXPORT ADMINISTRATION. Section 15(a) of the Act (50 U.S.C. App. 2414(a)) is amended by inserting “and such other statutes that relate to national security” after “functions of the Secretary under this Act”.
