The Secretary is authorized and directed to arrange for the assignment of, or to purchase, the CAP contract of the Tribe and 108 STAT. 4529the CAP subcontract of the city of Prescott to provide funds for deposit into the Verde River Basin Water Fund established pursuant to section 106.
