SEC. 113. OTHER CLAIMS. (a) Other Tribes. —Nothing in the Settlement Agreement or this title shall be construed in any way to quantify or otherwise adversely affect the land and water rights, claims or entitlements to water of any Arizona Indian tribe, band or community, other than the Tribe. (b) Federal Agencies.— Nothing in this title shall be construed to affect the water rights or the water rights claims of any Federal 108 STAT. 4533 agency, other than the Bureau of Indian Affairs on behalf of the Tribe.
