SEC. 805. WEST RIVER RURAL WATER SYSTEM AND LYMAN-JONES RURAL WATER SYSTEM. Section 4(a) of the Act is amended— (1) in paragraph (2), by striking out “65 per centum” and inserting in lieu thereof “80 percent”; and (2) in paragraph (3), by striking out “35 per centum” and inserting in lieu thereof “20 percent”.
