SEC. 808. WATER CONSERVATION. Section 5 of the Act (102 Stat. 2570) is amended by striking “The non-Federal parties (including the Oglala Sioux Tribe)” and inserting “Each non-Federal party (including the Oglala Sioux Tribe, Rosebud Sioux Tribe, and Lower Brule Sioux Tribe)”.
