SEC. 1004. TERMINATION OF AUTHORITY. (a) In General. —Subject to subsection (b), the authority granted by this title to sell loans shall terminate 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act. (b) Time To Respond to Offer.— The borrower shall have not less than 60 days to respond to any prepayment offer made by the Secretary.
