REPEALS.

SEC. 121. REPEALS. (a) Certain Biomedical Ethics Board.— Title III of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 241 et seq.) is amended by striking part J. (b) Other Repeals.— Part G of title IV of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 289 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 498, by striking subsection (c); and (2) by striking section 499; and (3) by redesignating section 499A as section 499. (c) Nullification of Certain Provisions.— The provisions of Executive Order 12806 (57 Fed. Reg. 21589 (May 21, 1992)) shall not have any legal effect. The provisions of section 204(d) of part 46 of title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations (45 CFR 46.204(d)) shall not have any legal effect.
