SEC. 803. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Subpart 5 of part C of title IV of the Public Health Service Act, as amended by section 802 of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following section: 107 STAT. 164 “authorization of appropriations “Sec. 4451. For the purpose of carrying out this subpart, there are authorized to be appropriated $500,000,000 for fiscal year 1994, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1995 and 1996.”.
