EXCLUSION OF ALIENS INFECTED WITH THE AGENT FOR ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME.

SEC. 2007. EXCLUSION OF ALIENS INFECTED WITH THE AGENT FOR ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME. (a) Exclusion of Aliens on Health-Related Grounds.— Section 212(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(1)(A)(i)) is amended by adding at the end the following: “which shall include infection with the etiologic agent for acquired immune deficiency syndrome,”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
