SEC. 2012. VACCINE INJURY COMPENSATION PROGRAM. Section 2111(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300aa11(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following paragraph: “(10) The Clerk of the United States Claims Court is authorized to continue to receive, and forward, petitions for compensation for a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine on or after October 1, 1992”.
