FUNDING.
SEC. 407. FUNDING. (a) Fiscal Year 1995.—From amounts appropriated to the Department of Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 1995 for the payment of compensation and pension, the amount of $400,000 is hereby made available for the activities of the commission under this title. (b) Availability.—Any sums appropriated to the commission shall remain available until expended.
