SEC. 108. CLARIFICATION OF SCOPE OF HEALTH EXAMINATIONS PROVIDED FOR VETERANS ELIGIBLE FOR INCLUSION IN HEALTH-RELATED REGISTRIES. Section 703 of the Persian Gulf War Veterans’ Health Status Act (title VII of Public Law 102–585; 38 U.S.C. 527 note) is amended— (1) by inserting “(including diagnostic tests)” after “examination” each place it appears other than in subsection (a)(1)(A); (2) in subsection (a)(1)(A)— (A) by inserting “(including any appropriate diagnostic tests)” after “a health examination”; and (B) by inserting “and the tests” after “the examination”; and (3) in subsection (a)(2), by inserting “(including any diagnostic tests)” after “examinations”.
