SEC. 1003. INCREASE IN NUMBER OF DEMONSTRATION PROGRAMS UNDER HOMELESS VETERANS COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE PROGRAMS ACT OF 1992. Section 2(b) of the Homeless Veterans Comprehensive Service Programs Act of 1992 (38 U.S.C. 7721 note) is amended in the first sentence by striking out “four” and inserting in lieu thereof “eight”.
