SEC. 4503. STUDY RELATING TO HONEY. (a) Study.—The Secretary of Agriculture shall conduct a study to determine the effect of imported honey on United States honey producers, the availability of honey bee pollination within the United States, and whether there is reason to believe imports of honey tend to interfere with or render ineffective the honey price support program of the Department of Agriculture. (b) Report.—Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall report the results of such study to the Committee on Agriculture and the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives and to the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry and the Committee on Finance of the Senate.
