SEC. 344. EFFECTIVE DATE. (a) In General.—Except as provided in subsection (b), the amendments made by this subtitle take effect on the date on which the Agreement on Government Procurement referred to in section 101(d)(17) enters into force with respect to the United States. (b) Section 342(g).—The amendments made by section 342(g) take effect on the date on which the WTO Agreement enters into force with respect to the United States.
