Defense Reinvestment for Economic Growth For an additional amount for “Defense Reinvestment for Economic Growth”, $50,000,000 to remain available for obligation through September 30, 1995, and to be expended not later than that date for projects that arise out of, or that are related to, the closure or realignment of the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard and Naval Base Complex.
