RELATED AGENCIES National Security Education Trust Fund There is hereby appropriated out of funds in the National Security Education Trust Fund, $10,000,000, which shall remain available until expended, for the purposes set out in paragraph (1) of section 804(b) of the National Security Education Act of 1991 (title VIII of Public Law 102–183; 50 U.S.C. 1904(b)), and107 STAT. 250 may be obligated for such purposes notwithstanding any other provision of law.
