RELATED AGENCIES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Maritime Administration military useful vessel obligation guarantees (including rescission) For an additional amount for “Military Useful Vessel Obligation Guarantees”, $52,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed $4,000,000 of these funds may be transferred to and merged with the appropriation for Operations and Training for administrative expenses associated with the program. Of the funds provided under this heading in Public Law 102–395, 106 Stat. 1860, $52,000,000 are rescinded.
