Bureau of Indian Affairs operation of indian programs (including transfer of funds) For an additional amount for “Operation of Indian programs”, $21,300,000 for school operations, which shall become available for obligation on July 1, 1993, and shall remain available for obligation until September 30, 1994, of which $3,900,000 shall be derived by transfer from unobligated balances available in the “Oil spill emergency fund” account.
