rural water and waste disposal grants For an additional amount for “Rural Water and Waste Disposal Grants”, $35,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That with regard to the funds provided herein, the Secretary may use 1980 United States Census information to determine the eligibility of grant applications submitted prior to the availability of 1990 United States Census information.
