General Services Administration Federal Buildings Fund (limitations on availability of revenue) (rescission) The funds made available for obligation under this heading in Public Law 102–393 for the following accounts are hereby reduced in the following amounts: “Rental of Space”, $16,000,000 and “Installment and Acquisition Payments”, $2,000,000: Provided, That the aggregate limitation on Federal Buildings Fund obligations107 STAT. 261 established in Public Law 102–393 is hereby reduced by such amounts: Provided further, That the amount deposited into the Fund is reduced by $5,900,000: Provided further, That of the funds provided under this heading in Public Law 101–509 for the Northern Virginia Naval Systems Commands, $25,000,000 are rescinded. allowances and office staff for former presidents For an additional amount for “Allowances and Office Staff for Former Presidents”, $194,000.
