SEC. 1123. EXTENSION OF INTERNATIONAL COFFEE AGREEMENT ACT OF 1980. (a) Extension.— Section 2 of the International Coffee Agreement Act of 1980 (19 U.S.C. 1356k) is amended by striking out “October 1, 1986” and inserting “October 1, 1989”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect January 1, 1987.
