SEC. 13441. INCREASE IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN FUND CHECK-OFF. (a) In General.— Section 6096(a) (relating to designation by individuals) is amended— 107 STAT. 568 (1) by striking “$1” each place it appears and inserting “$3”, and (2) by striking “$2” and inserting “$6”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendments made by subsection (a) apply with respect to tax returns required to be filed after December 31, 1993.
