SEC. 13531. AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER SERVICES. The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall not provide for any inflation update in the payment amounts under subparagraphs (A) and (B) of section 1833(i)(2) of the Social Security Act for fiscal year 1994 or for fiscal year 1995.
