SEC. 13533. REDUCTION IN PAYMENTS FOR INTRAOCULAR LENSES. Notwithstanding section 1833(i)(2)(A)(iii) of the Social Security Act, the amount of payment determined under such section for an intraocular lens inserted subsequent to or during cataract surgery in an ambulatory surgical center on or after January 1, 1994, and before January 1, 1999, shall be equal to $150.
