SEC. 13571. PART B PREMIUM. Section 1839 (42 U.S.C. 1396r) is amended— (1) in subsection (e)(1)(A), by striking “December 1983 and prior to January 1991 shall be an amount equal to 50 percent” and inserting “after December 1995 and prior to January 1999 shall be an amount equal to 50 percent”, and (2) in subsection (e)(2), by striking “1991” and inserting “1998”.
