SEC. 13932. ELIGIBILITY OF CHILDREN OF PARENTS PARTICIPATING IN DRUG OR ALCOHOL ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAMS. Section 3 of the Act (7 U.S.C. 2012) is amended— (1) in the last sentence of subsection (i) by inserting “, together with their children,” after “narcotics addicts or alcoholics”; and (2) in subsection (g)(5) by inserting “, and their children,” after “or alcoholics”.
