CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.

SEC. 10202. CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. (a) Mineral Leasing Act for Acquired Lands.— Section 6(a) of the Mineral Leasing Act for Acquired Lands (30 U.S.C. 355) is amended by striking “All receipts” at the beginning of the first sentence and inserting the following: “Subject to the provisions of section 35(b) of the Mineral Leasing Act (30 U.S.C. 191(b)), all receipts”. (b) Geothermal Steam Act.— Section 20 of the Geothermal Steam Act (30 U.S.C. 1019) is amended by striking “All moneys” at the beginning thereof and inserting “Subject to the provisions of section 35(b) of the Mineral Leasing Act (30 U.S.C. 191(b)), all moneys”.
