SEC. 327. LITERACY ACTIVITIES. Section 109 (42 U.S.C. 4959) is amended— (1) in subsection (g)— (A) by striking paragraph (1); and (B) by striking the paragraph designation of paragraph (2); and (2) in subsection (h)— (A) in paragraph (1) by striking “paragraphs (2) and (3)” and inserting “paragraph (2)”; and (B) by striking paragraph (3).
