SEC. 343. OPERATION OF THE RETIRED AND SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM. Section 201(a) (42 U.S.C. 5001(a)) is amended— (1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1) by striking “retired persons” and inserting “retired individuals and working older individuals”; and (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by striking “aged sixty or over” and inserting “55 years of age or older”; and (B) by inserting “, and individuals 60 years of age or older will be given priority for enrollment,” after “enrolled”.
