SEC. 350. ADJUSTMENTS TO FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. Section 226(b) (42 U.S.C. 5026(b)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) by striking “(1)”; and (B) by striking “annually” and inserting “, once every 2 years”; and (2) by striking paragraph (2).
