SEC. 366. APPLICATION OF FEDERAL LAW. Section 415(b)(4)(A) (42 U.S.C. 5055(b)(4)(A)) is amended by striking “a grade GS–7 employee” and inserting “an employee at grade GS–5 of the General Schedule under section 5332 of title 5, United States Code”.
