SEC. 369. CLARIFICATION OF ROLE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL. Section 422 (42 U.S.C. 5062) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by inserting “or the Inspector General” after “Director”; and (2) in subsection (b), by inserting “, the Inspector General,” after “Director” each place that such term appears.
