SEC. 120. CONTINGENT EXTENSION. (a) In General.— Section 181 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12641) is amended to read as follows: “SEC. 181. CONTINGENT EXTENSION. “Section 414 of the General Education Provisions Act (20 U.S.C. 1226a) shall apply to this Act.”. (b) Table of Contents.— Section 1(b) of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 (Public Law 101–610; 104 Stat. 3127) is amended by striking the item relating to section 181 of such Act and inserting the following: “Sec. 181. Contingent extension.”.
