DEFINITION OF AN AFFILIATE.
SEC. 111. DEFINITION OF AN AFFILIATE. Section 8.11(e) of the Farm Credit Act of 1971 (12 U.S.C. 2279aa–11(e)) is amended— (1) by striking “a certified facility or”; and (2) by striking “paragraphs (3) and (7), respectively, of section 8.0” and inserting “section 8.0(7)”.
