SEC. 221. JOINT SEISMIC PROGRAM AND GLOBAL SEISMIC NETWORK. Of the amount authorized to be appropriated under section 201(3), $9,500,000 shall be available for fiscal year 1996 (in program element 61101F in the budget of the Department of Defense for fiscal year 1996) for continuation of the Joint Seismic Program and Global Seismic Network.
