SEC 1611. SERVICE ON COMMISSION FOR PURPOSES OF DETERMINING ELIGIBILITY FOR DESIGNATION AS CHAIRMAN. Section 330(c)(A)(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1330(c)(A)(i)) is amended by striking out “most recently appointed to” and inserting “with the shortest period of service on”.
