SEC. 113. MULTIYEAR PROCUREMENT OF HELICOPTERS. The Secretary of the Army may, in accordance with section 2306b of title 10, United States Code, enter into multiyear procurement contracts for procurement of the following: (1) AH–64D Longbow Apache attack helicopters. (2) UH–60 Black Hawk utility helicopters.
