SEC. 132. RESEARCH FOR ADVANCED SUBMARINE TECHNOLOGY. Of the amount appropriated for fiscal year 1996 for the National Defense Sealift Fund, $50,000,000 shall be available only for the Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency for advanced submarine technology activities.
