SEC. 824. EXTENSION OF PILOT MENTOR-PROTEGE PROGRAM. Section 831(j)(l) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (10 U.S.C. 2301 note) is amended by striking out “1995” and inserting in lieu thereof “1996”.
