SEC. 642. REPEAL OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS REGARDING COMPENSATION MATTERS. (a) Report on Travel and Transportation Allowances for Dependents.— (1) Section 406 of title 37, United States Code, is amended— (A) by striking out subsection (i); and (B) by redesignating subsections (j), (k), (1), (m), and (n) as subsections (i), (j), (k), (l), and (m), respectively. (2) Section 2634(d) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “section 406(l) of title 37” and inserting in lieu thereof “section 406(k) of title 37”. (b) Annual Review of Pay and Allowances.— Section 1008(a) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking out the second sentence. (c) Report on Quadrennial Review of Adjustments in Compensation.— Section 1009(f) of such title is amended by striking out “of this title,” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting in lieu thereof “of this title.”.
