SEC. 1723. GRAPEFRUIT. Subpart A of part 12 of schedule 1 is amended— (1) by inserting after item 165.29 the following new items with a superior heading having the same degree of indentation as item 165.25: “ Grapefruit: 165.31 Not concentrated and not made from a juice having a degree of concentration of 1.5 or more (as determined before correction to the nearest 0.5 degree) 20¢ per gal. Free (E) 70¢ per gal. 165.34 Other 35¢ per gal. Free (E) 70¢ per gal. ”; and (2) by redesignating items 165.32 and 165.36 as items 165.37 and 165.38, respectively.
