REPORT ON PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTROL OF TRANSFER OF CERTAIN WEAPONS.

SEC. 1325. REPORT ON PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTROL OF TRANSFER OF CERTAIN WEAPONS. Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Energy shall submit to the committees of Congress referred to in subsection (c) of section 1154 of the National Defense Authorization Act for 110 STAT. 482Fiscal Year 1994 (Public Law 103–160; 107 Stat. 1761) the report required under subsection (a) of that section. The Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Energy shall include with the report an explanation of the failure of such Secretaries to submit the report in accordance with such subsection (a) and with all other previous requirements for the submittal of the report.
