SEC. 1111. REFUSAL TO TESTIFY BEFORE COURT-MARTIAL. Section 847(b) (article 47(b)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by inserting “indictment or” after “shall be tried on”; and (2) in the second sentence, by striking out “shall be” and all that follows and inserting in lieu thereof “shall be fined or imprisoned, or both, at the court’s discretion.”.
