SEC. 1041. COVERAGE OF NONAPPROPRIATED FUND EMPLOYEES UNDER AUTHORITY FOR FLEXIBLE AND COMPRESSED WORK SCHEDULES. Paragraph (2) of section 6121 of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: “(2) ‘employee’ has the meaning given the term in subsection (a) of section 2105 of this title, except that such term also includes an employee described in subsection (c) of that section;”.
