SEC. 1091. DESIGNATION OF NATIONAL MARITIME CENTER. (a) Designation of National Maritime Center.— The NAUTICUS building, located at one Waterside Drive, Norfolk, Virginia, shall be known and designated as the “National Maritime Center”. (b) Reference to National Maritime Center.— Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the building referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “National Maritime Center”.
