SEC. 2866. MODIFICATION OF LAND CONVEYANCE, NAVAL WEAPONS INDUSTRIAL RESERVE PLANT, CALVERTON, NEW YORK. (a) Removal of Reversionary Interest; Addition of Lease Authority.— Subsection (c) of section 2833 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (division B of Public Law 103–337; 108 Stat. 3061) is amended to read as follows: “(c) Lease Authority.— Until such time as the real property described in subsection (a) is conveyed by deed, the Secretary may lease the property, along with improvements thereon, to the Community Development Agency in exchange for security services, fire protection services, and maintenance services provided by the Community Development Agency for the property.”. (b) Conforming Amendment.— Subsection (e) of such section is amended by striking out “subsection (a)” and inserting in lieu thereof “subsection (a) or a lease under subsection (c)”.
